• Proposed session must be submitted using the online application in order to be considered.
• No flight expenses will be considered, however, limited local accommodation will be considered. Please note: ADEX does not cover incidental charges.
• Presenter/Speakers are encouraged to submit multiple abstracts covering different topics.
• Presenter/Speakers presenting more than one session are viewed favorably as a cost-effective option. Sessions (Topic) are not repeated.

*By submitting your application, Speaker grants ADEX and/or its agents and contractors the exclusive rights to make audio, video, or any other type of recording now known or hereafter developed of the presentation and to transcribe the presentation and hereby grants ADEX the exclusive rights to sell or otherwise distribute such recording or transcriptions in print, audio, video and other communications media by reproduction and sale or other distribution by any and all means now known or hereafter developed.
