Steven is the owner of Oceanic Quest, a dive centre in Brunei, Borneo, as well as the founder of Reef Check Brunei (RCB), an NGO involved in ocean conservation. Oceanic Quest is known for Deep and Wreck diving. Brunei offers a number of interesting wrecks at depths up to 40 metres, suitable for open water divers, as well as various amazing wrecks beyond 55 metres, perfect for intrepid technical divers.
