Steve has been at the forefront of sump diving and dry caving exploration projects across Australia (lately focussed in Tasmania), being the current Oztek “Technical Diver of the Year” and holder of the Australian Speleological Federation “Jeff Butt Award of Distinction for Cave Exploration”. Steve enjoys the company of childless cat ladies and aspires to become one when he grows up. He is also the driving force behind TFM Engineering Australia, as an engineer and maker of bespoke technical diving equipment.
