Rox is a professional mermaid instructor from Hong Kong. She is uniting all mermaids in the world and founded Mermaid Federation International (MFI), which vows to promote and support the integrity and diversity of living mermaids through high-standard education and code of conduct. Rox developed the MFI professional mermaid training system. She believes the spirit of “Heart in The Ocean”, and that the mermaid concept encourages women’s independence and their pursuit of self-awareness, to discover the power of love and personal growth.
