NURALIZA OSMAN

In 2012, she represented Singapore as an athlete in freediving where she set a record for her country in a depth discipline.[5] Osman was then awarded and named “Ocean Ambassador” at the Asian Dive Expo in 2013 to promote the message of conservation and protection of the ocean.[6] In her role as an ambassador, Osman has worked on conservation campaigns with various environmental organisations, including Shark Savers Asia to stop the consumption and offering of shark fins in restaurants and retail outlets in Asia.[7] She is presently the author of a series of children’s books on marine wildlife and the importance of conservation.
