Mark is a veteran from the US Air Force and the founder of Poseidon Handicap Scuba Adventures (PHSA). The non-profit organisation dedicates itself to improving the physical and social well-being of people with disabilities by teaching underwater educational programmes to disabled individuals utilising the Handicap Scuba Association guidelines. Mark believes that individuals with disabilities should be able to pursue mainstream leadership/teaching positions in the recreational sport of scuba diving.
