Claudia Tay is Manager of Animal Welfare and Behaviour Science at S.E.A. Aquarium, Singapore. She drives efforts to enhance care and welfare for a diverse range of aquatic species and focuses on implementing evidence-based practices and developing behavioural management programmes. She also contributes to international animal welfare through her roles with overseas organisations.
