Berkley is the founder of Backscatter, the world’s largest underwater photography store based in Monterey California, USA, since 1994. His work has been featured on Nature, PBS, BBC, Discovery, National Geographic, Apple, and many international diving magazines and large-scale gallery shows. He regularly serves as a judge of international photography competitions and supports underwater photographers with training events such as the Digital Shootout and custom dive adventures around the globe.
