Aminor Azmi, a passionate diver and visionary, has been exploring the depths since 2007. Despite a background in Advertising from UiTM, his heart belongs to the ocean. His journey with Selakan Island began in 2013, igniting a deep connection that led to the establishment of Luma’ Selakan in 2018, the island’s sole dive operator.
In 2019, Aminor shifted focus, transforming Selakan into a haven for underwater macro
photography. His dedication and expertise have propelled Luma’ Selakan and Selakan Island onto the global stage, earning recognition as a premier destination for underwater
photography enthusiasts. Aminor actively brands Luma’ Selakan as the “”Underwater Macro Paradise of Malaysia,”” inviting divers to discover the island’s hidden, miniature wonders.
